AIR BUBBLE INSULATION SHEET
The Air bubble insulation sheet is rated and tested based on these two criteria – emissivity and reflectivity. Thermal Resistance PE bubble insulations are made up of one or two layers of air bubbles placed between two aluminum foils. The amount of radiant heat that can pass through it is limited to 4% because it is 96% reflective and 4% emissive.
Simply, insulation works to prevent heat from passing through it rather than try to slow down how heat moves through it. Products for air bubble insulation material like double air bubble, single air bubble insulation sheets are designed by constructing pure aluminum foil and attaching polythene bubble sheets using layer bonding thermal process. This process makes it free of adhesive chemicals. Bubble Insulation blocks 96 percent of the radiated heat that enters a given building or structure in addition to being fiber-free.
Applications of Air Bubble Insulation Sheets
There are multiple applications of Air Bubble Insulation Sheets. Some of the most common areas of any structure where these sheets are applied are roofs, floorings, walls and ceilings. Say for example, insulating roofs can control temperature variation and will protect your structure against bad weather which ultimately saves energy and cost. Wall insulation reduces radiant heat transfer, improving thermal wall performance. The use of flooring insulation is very effective in reducing heat radiation and distributing the temperature more evenly. And finally, ceiling insulation does an excellent job of maintaining vapour and air. It is inexpensive and simple to install. Thermal insulation materials like air bubble insulation material, bubble insulation wrap, Materials for thermal insulation include bubble insulation wrap, air bubble foil insulation, and air bubble insulation material. It works well at keeping the internal environment stable and preventing heat absorption.
